Manchester Shakespeare Co and The Three Minute Theatre

Well if there’s one thing 3MT has needed, it’s been a business partner and friend. Manchester Shakespeare Company has been engaged to 3MT the last year and they’re organising a date for their wedding in the New Year.

Their pilot year together has had a few bumps but it’s clear after the success of 12 Nights and its wonderful reviews it’s time for them to get together officially.

Shakespeare’s 400th birthday will be celebrated at 3MT with a Summer Dreaming Musical Theatre performance; an adaptation of A Midsummer Night’s Dream. The 21st Century has a lot in common with the 60s and 70s in the 20th century. The commonality will be explored by MSC’s writer, John Topliff, you can be sure of that. J
